What Is An Enrolled Agent?

Enrolled Agents (EA's) are the only tax professionals tested by IRS on their knowledge of tax law and regulations.

EA's provide tax preparation, representation, tax planning and other financial services to millions of individual and business taxpayers.

EA's adhere to a code of ethics and professional conduct and are required by IRS to take Continuing Professional Education.

E.A.'s are Federally Authorized Tax Practitioners. We are allowed to represent taxpayers in all proceedings before the Internal Revenue Service including audits and appeals. We are non-Attorneys admitted to practice before the US Tax Court at the appeals level for IRS Audits.

E.A.'s are Licensed by the Department of Treasury to represent taxpayers in front of the Internal Revenue Service.

E.A's are admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.

Like attorneys and Certified Public Accountants, Enrolled Agents are governed by Treasury Circular 230 in their practice before the IRS.

Tax Preparation by a Professional

Tax preparation in progressCEO Services helps businesses and their owners prepare and file the appropriate documents with the state and Federal government. There's no need to hand-off your financial information to another accountant or tax preparation firm. CEO Services is the one-stop solution to your financial needs.

Nobody knows your finances better than you do, and we help you make intelligent plans to minimize the taxes you have to pay.

Choosing a licensed tax preparer — who, by virtue of competency testing and mandatory continuing education, has technical expertise in the field of taxation and who is empowered by the U.S. Treasury to represent taxpayers in all transactions before the Internal Revenue Service — is your best bet.

We all know that good feeling of putting on a coat we haven’t worn in a few months, putting our hand in the pocket, and pulling out a dollar or two we’d forgotten about. You can get that same feeling by making sure that your tax preparer finds the most overlooked. We know where to look for deductions in the categories of tuition, interest, child-care, military reservists expenses, and many other areas of the tax code.

Simply, an enrolled agent can show you the deductions you deserve to claim to cut your tax bill.

Let CEO Services review your past tax returns, plan the actions you can take to reduce this year's bill, and prepare and file the required tax forms.
